There is a fire road just east of White Point. I have made many night dives from there. Malaga Cove is another access for night dives. If you feel pretty strong, you can also lug the kayak up and down Pt. Vicente fishing access (Cardiac Hill). You could also carry it to the water at Cabrillo Beach for access to the breakwall and Pt. Fermin as well as the Chart House restaurant in Redondo Beach for the R.B. breakwall.
