If store allows instructors like this to happen then store has a problem. Noone says that all "big chain store" instructors suck, but system endoresd by "big chain store" hand in hand with "big certification agency" allows for ego driven 100 copy cat dive miracles with no clue what teaching is about to become instructors. That's the core of the problem in my opinion. How do you plan to weed out bad instructors? Ask them to step forward? Guy, Wayne met at Casino Point, will be teaching next class next week in a same place in exactly same way. It's really easy to weed up bad seeds. One just have to want to. And apparently none is interested.
