Dive Time: 3:17 pm July 31, 2002 High Tide at 3:27 pm.
Water Temp 70 degrees at surface, 59 degrees at 21 feet, quite a thermo cline.
Visibility, 10 feet, a lot of sand in the water.
Waves, small 1-2 feet.
Entered the water off of RAT and did a surface swim to near even with the pool, dove down and continues out over the sand bottom. Nothing there that we could se in the visibility. Swam over to the reef, and saw all the usual abundance of juvenile fish. Great day for diving!
