I've had problems getting consistent readings with
anything that gets held up against the tank:
O2 Stick, and a fancier one (Uwatec?). Anything
that plugs onto an inflator hose seems to have
been fine. There's a +/- 1% variation from
analyzer to analyzer.

I have a Handi, which I like because it's compact
and doesn't have wires and hoses going every
which way. I don't like that the O2 cell and
battery are not replaceable, but it's coming up
on two years now and still going fine.

Remember that the analyzer measures PPO2, not
FO2, so if the pressure at the cell goes up,
so will the reading.
