Not sure yet, Elaine. The arraignment isn't until next week and they don't usually share specific charges until the actual arraignment. He'll definitely be charged for the lobster poaching... in large quantities for commercial sale. They've got him on video doing this. But there are a couple directions the prosecutor could choose to go on this.
Whether they charge him for the giant sea bass is a big open question. The giant sea bass photo evidence is pretty compelling, but... not as clear-cut as the lobster video evidence...
