You manke a very important point. Those are the very same people who insist that they have little or no impact on the resource. They are the same people who have declared 'war' against the most comprehensive conservation measure ever proposed for OUR waters, the MPA's.
They say they love the ocean, they even call themselves conservationists and yet they seldom venture out to sea without the pretence of profiting from it.
