Dan, will you please answer the questions posed to you on this board about the boat's papers and whether there have been times in the past year or so in which the boat was not certified?

If he fails to come forward, Ken, will you please post what the USCG said about the boat's inspection history and its certifications?

We heard from Dan that he would only answer if a large number of divers asked. Well it happened. If the boat had an inspection problem, tell us what it was for and how it was resolved. Being honest and telling us your plans and progress is the best method to stop rumors.
