Where did you get your information (or Mis-Information?) from? PETA? There are a LOT of things wrong with those comments.
A) "Many many of these 100 to 500 pound....". Says who? How many? How do you know?
B) Spearing, or fishing for, Black Sea-Bass IS ALREADY AGAINST THE LAW. That is, it is a protected species, and it is UNLAWFUL to spear/kill/hurt/harass one, so WHAT GOOD IS OUTLAWING SPEARFISHING going to do here?
Murder and Rape are ALSO illegal (and have been, for a looooooong time), but some choose to ignore the law and do it anyway.
So is drunk driving. Drunk drivers KILL many HUMANS every year.... Yet, do we need to OUTLAW DRIVING ?
