It really does not matter weather this issue is dropped or not the cold truth is, Dan probably can keep the Eagle going. He is financially in good shape, because in part to fail to pay a lot of people he owes. The odds are good he will kill a diver eventually and that will end him. With that being said I will no longer post to any thread regarding the Crusted Seagle.
