The ones who want to kill fish or those who simply want to observe them? Randy makes a very good point. Why should nonconsumptive users be kept out if not for the 'spite' factor? N/c users are going to document and chronicle the progress of the MPA's.
Randy, it warms my heart to hear your bold expression of concern for the future! There are far too many people who are only concerned for the here and now. We need to start to make a concerted effort to protect what remains for those who come after us...
