Correct, however, even computers and tables used properly can cause DCS. Neither is fail proof. I have know two very experienced divers that have gotten mild DCS while on their first dive ofthe day, hydrated, well rested, using a computer, and even further within the limits than the divers they were diving with. Kind of a scary thing.
