It is the increased partial pressure which makes a difference. No 15-20 for 2 or 3 not really but 10 min yes. On the surface you may be able to keep more gas in solution and keep bubbles from getting bigger. If you were to stay on pure O2 for the whole SI 20 min or more maybe. The cost would out weigh the benefit though.
