Thats a lot of stuff to have hanging around your San Francisco apartment without a vault or at least a gunsafe to jam it all into!
I keep all my regulators locked up in my own gun safe. Sold off the guns when I gave up hunting, and kept the safe.
You can buy closet sized gunsafes at any major gunshop. They run anywhere from $500 for a small one to $1500 for a vault size.
An ounce of prevention is worth a ton of insurance, in my opinion.
