my one beach dive was like that commercial...I've fallen and can't get up....LOL
I small wave/swell hit me and I landed on a rock. Then I couldn't stand back up so I was crawling over rocks until I hit the deeper water. It wasn't a pretty sight. Somehow I made it to the bouy first. I'm not sure how.....
I decided then I would hit the gym. I've been working out 4 times a week ever since...:)
