Thanks for the boat and cooking info, I cook my fish the same way, and have been grilling Rock Scallops with the butter, garlic, and lemon wash, works good, I have a 13 1/2 ft RIB with 30 hp,works well off our Washington coast, perfect for 2 divers with 3 tanks each, not bad for 3 divers 2 tanks each, ok for 4 divers 1 tank each. If you don't mind I'm thinking about heading down next year, I would bring boat, and camp out, just thinking about it right now, from the post it sounds like a event to show up for.
