I got a refused fill on a current VIP older tank ('60's was the first hydro) at Sports Chalet Torrance on Friday night 'cause they have a policy on straight out (older style) burst disks. Said they could not fill unless the changed the fitting.
They were very polite, but would not fill my tank.
