With Ken out enjoying the South Pacific and Dan Adler silent, I took it upon myself to call the Los Angeles USCG and try to get some actual information. (562-980-4478)
Iron Eagle does currently have a COI.
HOWEVER, their COI was recently revoked. It was only reissued last week.
There are several active USCG investigations involving the Iron Eagle.
