It is too far off-shore for swimming, and you probably would not find it without the aid of GPS. The Landing Craft sits in about 55 feet of water. There have been a couple of Giant Black Seabass seen there in the past. (60-80 pound range)
If the vis is good, it's not a bad dive. (Not much stuff to see most of the time)
