Is there anywhere you would recommend that someone take their equipment to for service?

And if you did get good service from a shop, would you go as far as posting it here and giving that shop due recognition? Or are you just venting your bladder on Reef Seekers?

Here's one question for you: Did you call Reef Seekers directly and complain about this? If you did, what was their response? When a shop has an employee that has become careless, would you bring it to the attention of the management of that shop, or just post an EXTREMELY negative message on this web page?

I've heard good and bad comments about nearly every shop in Los Angeles, and it is a fact that good employees come and go. But the shop management may not be aware that there is a problem if you do not bring it to their attention. I strongly encourage you to talk to the management at RS and see if you reach a solution that satisfies you.
