I have known Ken and Billy, the owners of Reef Seekers for over 6 years and in that time I have never known them to intentionally do something wrong to a customer. They go out of their way to please the customer. Many do not like the way they run their trips, but many, many more do. Did you know that if you are a little rusty, or new to an erea, or just need a DM they will supply one at no cost to the diver? I think that any store that is willing to do that would never intentionally put your gear back together incorrectly. I know that if you had called Billy, or Ken, they would have taken care of this personaly. Did you? An oops is not a reason to condem someone. And Kendall and the others are very correct. Why did you not check your gear yourself?
Tim
