I'm planning on heading up to Morro Bay, specifically Montanya De Oro. I'll be dragging an inflatable along. What are the expected diving conditions in Morro Bay area, or Avila Bay area. I know there is a hurricane brewing off a Baja. But, I don't know how it is to affect those areas. Or, should I plan on hiking and wine tasting??
