Not returning your calls re whether you needed your own tanks on the Mr. C was inexcusable on the part of the dive shop. But, southern California dive boats (Peace, Encore, Vision, Westerly, et al.) do not supply tanks or weights. Despite your diatribe, these are very REAL dive boats, not wannabes.
