EVERY dive boat I have ever been on has supplied tanks...at least the real ones anyway. May I suggest you slice an artery and go skin diving in the Farallons...I'd ask you to define "friendly", but I'm straight and frankly I don't care. And secondly, I wouldn't want you to "out" yourself before you're ready.
