You obviously did not enjoy your experience with them. How about being more specific about it. Was it a gear service problem, a return policy problem, price problem, attitude problem, etc.
If they treated you badly, here is your chance to fix it up. The honchos will propbably want to fix their problems, if any, and all you have done is defame them.
I have bought some stuff there and always been treated fine and dandy. One of my daughters was certified there and her training was adequate. They have never given me a short fill.
So what is your experience?
