Oral inflation with Octo+

I believe the Zeagle Octo+ has no provision for oral inflation. If you run out of air, you loose your opportunity to inflate the BC. Is this true? What about Oceanic, ScubaPro, Seaquest, and Tusa regulator/inflators? Anybody know?
