I agree a final sweep is a good idea, however mistakes happen and customer service should be a concern of any business operation. I think it would have been worth someone to mail it back at the customers expense, thus providing excellent service and avoiding negative postings on BBS's like this one. I will now be hesitant to book a trip on the CEE RAY, anyone else agree?
