They already know where the anchor is. Jocko showed them a couple of years ago. It was probably him that let them know the barge was there.
By the way. How do you know it was CWD? Do you have any proof? Do you have any evidence?
Are you the diver that keeps adding things to the barge area, Like dirty engine blocks and other junk?
The real history is that an old timer by the name of Dick Holmes used to have a great lobster spot off Redondo (a huge pile of quarry rock). Then Fish and Game came in and dumped all their junk on top of it. Not only did it ruin the rock pile (which is still in the middle of the artificial), it attracted all you divers and now none of the area works very well. The material Fish and Game dumped doesn't hold very well.
