I don't want to argue with you about what YOU personally have done and can do. What I am saying is that Mr. Average Diver, in a situation where he is surprised with loss of buoyancy, will not be in a mode like you are when you plan to swim up an anchor. A distressed diver could be in fear and close to panic. Things work different then, and a few pounds negative will appear like a powerful force that wants to pull him down, away from safety.

If you're saying you brought up an anchor with chain without the help of a lift bag, than you are only proving your ignorance. If you did use a lift bag, than what is your point?
