Tanks end up costing about the same as you have to factor in the shipping charges. I sell some stuff on EBay, but it is usually lights, knives, and the occassional BC.
The cheapest place online I have found for gear is leisurepro.com. They are usually 30-40% cheaper than the dive shops, even when including shipping.
