Most tropical places will have a DM on the boat who escorts the divers and shows them around. I actually like it as they usually can show me stuff that I might miss, being a non-local. My experience is that when my wife and I talk to the DM and discuss dive certs and history, we also get to talk about what we like to do while diving. By doing this we get tremendous freedom and a great local tour while we are at it.

If you are as experienced as it appears (instructor rating at time of trip) you will probably find that the DM will be relieved to not have to pay much attention to you two. But beware: Your rating might get you assigned to babysit the newbies.
