Well, tomorrow I leave for Shelter Cove and our dive expedition into the depths of the Delgada abyss. I know that due to the limitations of time and depth restrictions we will only be able to just scratch the surface and take a peek over the side. I have been talking to many people and everyone keeps telling me that because of the remoteness of where we are going and the shear size of this thing, we may very well be the absolute first divers to explore this canyon. That's kind of cool I guess.
I also hear that people regularly pluck 11+ " abs out of Shelter Cove area on a regular basis, and that's REALLY cool, so I am bringing all my abs stuff too. Larry and I are getting up there in the afternoon, so I think I should get in the water as soon as we get there and look for one.
Look for my full report next week.
If all the facilities look good and the services all in place I may just have the north coast party up there. We'll see.
