I love the Palawan.
It is my favorite local dive because it is almost always abundant with life.
Because of it's depth, I like to dive it as a deco dive, but I have done mostly shorter no deco (but long safety stop) dives on it.
I have never see Black Sea Bass there.
It is very cool they have decided to hang out.
I'm glad you had a great dive, I'm a bit jealous, since I had too many other obligations to find time to dive last weekend.
