I talked to a friend who spoke with fish and game and he was told that for scallops, as long as you only eat the meat (not the stomach)then it's O.K.
I remember a thread (I think it was here) that debated the same thing about lobsters from Mission Bay.
I'll take everyone's advice and not eat any.
