So you're saying that little crimes are OK because there are big crimes being committed? So it's OK if I dump my trash in your front yard because there are bigger dumpings going on elsewhere? I mean, your front yard isn't part of most people's "big picture," so why should anyone care.
The Peace has always been a respectable dive boat, but if they keep hiring people who flick butts into the water around their paying customers, they won't be for much longer.
