Yes, I know we have been discussing option 3. What I was trying to determine was do the agencies still teach the ESA ( I prefer not to glorify a bolt for the surface by insinuating that there is anything "controlled" about it) as preferable to sharing air? "Alternate air source" is ambiguous since that could be anywhere from buddy to a pony to another second stage.
