Their show of force is nothing like it was 10 years ago. Maybe they'll buddy up with the local Harbor Patrols, cause they have many less boats then they once did! Just dive legal and it van be a lot of fun when they ask to see your catch. They love writing tickets for jumping the gun and "collecting before the season starts"!
