With all other arguments aside, what about the projectiles going into the ocean! Did someone go pick them up, or are we just littering the ocean! I would think if somehow it is legal to treat Sea Lions this way (which I have a hard time believing), then it would certainly be illegal to do so and pollute the ocean at the same time!
