You can mask early signs, and treatment is probably advisable. On the other hand as for example a ommited deco stop. If you are already back on the boat, treatment is O2 for 30 minutes, hydrating with water. Continue to evaluate yourself. Not every time you use O2 at the surface does it mean you need to go to the chamber unless there are liability issues you have to worry about.
