If I were at a remote location, maybe going back into the water is an option. Even out at San Nic or wherever you are, chamber is still not that far with a helo, I would have sat out, ended the diving and watched for symptoms. You're not going to have the time, gas or hypothermic protection (assuming wet) to recompress the bubbles that have come out of solution from that ascent.
