F & G are always there, always dark and always hunting for those that can't wait. You say Twin Harbors. I bet it was Eagle's Reef to be more specific. I think the same thing happened last year with a commercial dive boat, but they were much closer to midnight... but not close enough.
Don't do it. It's just a bust. Any other day you can do what you want, but the F & G make an appearance that night and want to make an impression. It has always been that way. Amazingly, they get a lot of divers.
