I usually remove one of the dumps, stick a hose in and fill it up. Once full, put the dump valve back on, slosh it around a bit, then let it sit for a couple hours while I do something else. Then dump some of the water out of the oral inflation and power fill to clean them too, then remove the dump valve again to fast drain most of the rest of the clean water. Normaly have to inflate my BC, turn it up so it will drain to the oral inflation, and let it sit a bit, while doing something else, a couple of times before I get all the water back out.
