Night dives on breakwaters and jetties can be quite productive shore dives.
I do especailly well later in the season when most others have given up.
Keep at it and your day will come.
As for exact locations for shore dives, I doubt you will find many people who will give up their favorite spots.
You will probably need to seek out your own.
