Nice job on the pics! Vis must have been great that day. The kelp shots are nice. We have similar equipment since I'm using the Oly C-3000 & Olympus housing. I'm also light limited with no strobes. You can check out some of my pics below to get an idea what you can do with just the internal strobe.

I find that adjusting the levels in photoshop and doing a "sharpening" after the resize helps the photos out a lot.
