After Nov. 1st can you take these fish LEGALLY from shore? That is the question.
They closed Cabezon and Kelp/Rock Greenling completely (even from shore) in July if you remember. I'm wondering if they are going to do the same with with all this now.
I don't take much, but I do enjoy some fresh fish occasionally.
