The Gov. spending all this money on enforcing the DFG. And drive down any freeway and look at all the trash, check out the diamond lane. About every other car only has one person in it. Check out all the areas of the freeway, where they've spent money to improve it, but don't water all the plants/shrubs they've planted...so they die.
