Let's see how ready the photographers are to give up their sport if it means increasing the benefit of the reserve. I bet I know the answer.
You watch how many will now come out and try to convince you, that their presence has no affect. Get this one, my last go round on this topic, Brad told me he had a window in his boat and could drop his anchor perfectly without damaging any life. I almost died laughing, the worst part is he actaully believed that garbage.
Or better yet, they probably will insist their involvement is only minimal and therefore should be an exception. Wasn't that the same argument the private fishermen used that got them labeled as people out for their own self interests.
This should be interesting to watch.
