Casino Point is a somewhat artificial ecosystem where the animals are attracted by divers who feed them. Certainly not my idea of a healthy self sustaining marine environment. I wouldn't be against setting up another small marine park in another location but we need the reserves to be fish only. Even in Palua where there are fantastic dive sites they set aside large areas that will hopefully forever preserve the natural marine ecosystem that isn't unencombured and is protected by the encroachment of man.
