Nobody uses flashbulbs any more. ;-)
I can get eyeball pictures of big lings and cabs
that make the hunters drool, even on open circuit
(I usually dive a rebreather). As long as you don't
whack them on the head with the camera, most fish
stay put.
We don't have problems at Pt. Lobos which gets
dived heavily, but not hunted. Lot's more fish
there than elsewhere.
