So would you agree or disagree that habitat is as important or maybe even more than just reserved spaces?
I have always questioned just how much farther we would have been, if the DFG spent the same amount of money on building more reefs and improving habitat as they have on debating the size of the reserves.
Seems to me 1 mile of improved habitat, dense kelp forests, scatterred reef systems and a good supply of food source is better than 10 miles of reserve. Any comments?
