So far all you do is bicker how noone should do anything because you KNOW there's a better solution and there's no proof reserves work.
Did you notice that post about impact reserves have down there? Was that enough scientific for you?

Go ahead, give us your scientific study. I mean scientific, not "seems to me". Prove that "1 mile of improved habitat, dense kelp forests, scatterred reef systems and a good supply of food source is better than 10 miles of reserve".
Then you will get my vote baby.
